Hi habe einen q6600 b3 oc @3500 MHz. meine Wassertemperatur ist 30-32 Grad. Habe jedoch bei 100% Last steigt die Wassertemperatur sehr langsam aber die Kerntemperatur schnellt innerhalb von 1 Min um 35-45°auf über 80°.

Habe nen G-Flow und silberne Leitpaste.

Wie kann die Differenztemperaturen reduzieren....?
CPU liegt 90% direkt auf....

Die CPU-Werte (soweit diese richtig gemessen wurden) sind zu hoch.

Das die Kerntemperatur schnell wechselt ist normal. Allerdings sollte der spring nur ca. 10K betragen. Wenns mehr ist stimmt die Anbindung nicht, die nieten sind nicht richtig eingerastet oder ähnliche Gründe.
