Hallo, hatte das selbe Problem. Erst wolten die Splinte nicht raus, hab ich sie halt mit einem aufgeheizten Messer abgesebelt. Dan wollte ich den passiven Kühlblock abnehmen, aber nix da, der sass immer noch Bombenfest. Hab dan einen Schraubendreher benommen, und den Kühler sehr vorsichtig und mit viel Geduld langsam angehebelt, erst mit ganz wenig Krafteinwirkung und dan mit viel Gefühl immer ein wenig mehr, um die NB oder das Board nicht zu beschädigen. Hat ganz gut geklappt. Hab auch gelesen das welche hingehen und den Kühlkörper erst mit einem Fön erwärmen und dan abnehmen. Sollte es noch zusätzlich vereinfachen, wenn man sein Motherbord nicht einschmelzt. Aber das wars noch nicht. Es bleiben rückstände vom Kleber an der NB haften, die ich dan mit einer Scharfen Klinge, am besten eine Rasierklinge oder ähnlichem vorsichtig und wieder mit viele Geduld abgeschabt habe. Also bei mir hats gut geklappt und würde es wieder so machen. Es gibt nur eins zu beachten. Nimm dir Zeit, und bitte nicht zu viel Kraft einsetzen, sonst könnte was kaputt gehn.
