it all depends on what you expect from a watercooled system... my priority is silence, others want to overclock their components... if you need a new case too, i strongly recommend considering the "ready to use" systems you can find here...
just click on the images... single and dual indicate the size of the radiator... for a silent system i'd recommend a dual radiator or a passive solution, but a single radiator set will do the job as well...
if you got a case already, check the sets here...
i'm not sure which vga-cooler is the right one for your graphics card... you probably have to check the templates here...
or just pick the 6800 gt from gainward (or from another company using the reference design) with this cooler... (go to your local dealer and let him show you the cards...)
in most cases hard disks need no cooling...
for a silent pc you have to choose parts like the power supply unit very carefully... replacing the northbridge cooler with a passive one would be a good idea too...
