Hi, i'm from italy

i've just bought this vga cooler, used, and on my GALAXY 7800GT
there was a problem: before i used a wb only for the gpu and i was in idle at 31°C, full never over 40°; today i installed the cool matic and the temperature rised to 41 in idle and over in full ..... too hot

so i unmounted it and i notice that:


and because of it IMHO


can you help me?
is this gpu cooler compatible with 7800GT or it is only for GTX????

The cooler looks somewhat strange actually !
To avoid any problems please send it in and we will replace it with a new one !

a friend of mine works in koeln so he has taken the WB and he will send it from koeln to you ( is a lower cost solution for me ) anyway i think next week the WB is in your hands
