Hallo ich hatte mal ein ähnliches Prob.

hatte zwei 7800 GTX mit verschiedenen Taktraten,
habe bei der niedrigeren die Taktrate per Bios-Update der Karte angehoben.

Soweit ich damals festgestellt habe, kann man den Takt zur gesamt im Forceware Treiber anheben, getrennt für jede Karte ist nach meinem Wissen nicht möglich.

Kannst ja mal hier nachlesen, ich hatte damals die Anleitung mit den benötigten Tools aus diesem
