Soweit ich weiß, werden die Corsair ohnehin mit Heatspreader ausgeliefert.

So sehen meine aus,wobei mich das nicht daran gehindert hat ne aktive Kühlung die mit Lüfter von Dingsbums draufzumachen.

Diese Corsair-Module laufen bei mir mit 220 MHz bei ca. 60°C Temperatur (am heatspreader) problemlos. Gehäuse stark gedämmt ohne Gehäuselüfter. Eine testweise Kühlung der Module erbrachte keinen Einfluß auf die Übertaktbarkeit.

Ha ha die Übertaktung hört bei mir bei 185Mhz auf besser gesagt dabei wird die Geschichte instabil,ich kann mein Sys maximal bis 180Mhz treiben ganz egal welche Tricks ich anwende (erhöhung der Spannungen) usw.ssieht aus als das es bei mir am Board liegt das einen höherenTakt nicht zulässt,wenn ich es erzwinge startet er einfach nicht mehr,Schluss aus ARBEITSVERWEIGERUNG,
