Hallo,
habe mir was bestellt was nicht passt, möchte dieses jetzt gegen ein anderen Artikel umtauschen, wie gehe ich jetzt vor? Der neue Artikel ist aber teurer als der den ich zurücksenden will. Muß ich das Formular im Shop verwenden oder kann ich bei der neuen Bestellung im Bestellformular unter "Nachrichten an uns" mitteilen das es mit dem neu bestellten verrechnet werden soll. Den Differenzbetrag würde ich dann per Vorkasse überweisen(natürlich mit Versandkosten).

Verrechnen geht nicht. Ware zurücksenden, Kontodaten usw. Angeben. Andere Ware neu bestellen (beide Vorgänge läufen unabhängig voneinander)

Auf der Service-Seite anmelden dann geht es schneller.
