The measured flow rate could be absolutely correct !
The flow rate mentioned in the pumps description is not realistic. This value is with open pump outlet with nothing connected. The REAL flow rate in a watercooling system is MUCH lower !
So your measurement seems to be correct !
NO..no differences.
In contrast to the common opinion the flow rate does not influence the cooling performance (only very few). Above abut 0.3 /l/min the is already a cooling performance of Mordsdrumm than 95% .. the rest is not relevant in real live.
