Hallo!

Ist es möglich eine mit HDD-o-matic gekühlte Festplatte komplett zu dämmen? Oder staut sich dann doch wieder die Wärme zu sehr? Ich würde nämlich gerne die Motorengeräusche noch ein wenig unterdrücken, die trotz Gehäusedämmung noch immer nach außen dringen (bei sehr leisem Raum).

Welches Dämm-Material würde sich dafür anbieten?

Die restlautstärke zu bekämpfen ist schwierig. Anbieten würde sich das Verbauen von Luftschalldämmung wie Sie z.B. bei den Dämmset dabei ist.

Also ein Upgrade-Kit kaufen?

Thermisch sollte das für die Platte kein Problem sein, wenn sie komplett damit eingewickelt wird, oder?

das macht nichts da die Platte im Kühlkreislauf sitzt.
