Hi Leute,
ich plane mir in den nächsten ein bis zwei Monaten eine Wasserkühlung für meinen PC anzuschaffen. Ich möchte, soweit dies mit einem sinnvollen Preis/Leistungs - Verhältniss möglich ist, meinen PC passiv kühlen. Ich habe mich jetzt schon mehrmals durch die FAQ's hier gewälzt und glaube einen ganz guten "Plan" ausgearbeitet zu haben
. Was haltet Ihr denn davon?
Mein System:
Gehäuse: Chieftec CS901 Bigtower (das erste Modell, quasi klassisch
)
CPU: AMD Opteron 144, läuft bei 2,7GHz (so ein pretestet Modell)
VGA: Geforce 7800GTX, 256MB
Mainboard: Asus A8N-SLI-Premium (Northbridge per Heatpipe gekühlt)
Festplatten: 2x250GB SATA, 7200rpm, Samsung
Diese Komponenten möchte ich per Wasser kühlen:
CPU, VGA, Northbridge
Unsicher bin ich mir bei den Festplatten, da diese bereits in 3.5" Schächten eingebaut sind und hier nicht wirklich eine Kühlung erforderlich ist meines Erachtens. Das Netzteil möchte ich auch behalten, da wassergekühlte bzw. passive zu teuer sind und meines Erachtens auch nicht die benötigte Leistung bringen

Ich würde mir um dieses Ziel zu erreichen den Ultra-Konvektomat zulegen wollen. Diese würde perfekt an die Seite des Towers passen. CPU- und VGA-Kühler sind ja soweit klar. Welche Northbridge-Kühler würdet Ihr denn empfehlen?
Ist es überhaupt möglich, dieses System passiv zu kühlen?
