Sersn alle zusammen,

habe ein problem mit dem Cool-Matic G70-512MB. Die Rückseite der Graka wird genau im Bereich der Spannungswandler sehr heiss. Der Kühler vorne wird dagegen sag ich mal handwarm.

Habe eine 7900 GTX.

Danke für die Rückantwort bereits im Voraus. Denn ich habe Angst, das die Spannungswandler mir durchbrennen.

Was ist sehr heiß bei dir? Die Bauteile dürfen 100°C bekommen, kritisch werden die ab 140°C etwa. Nicht mehr anfassen kannst du oberhalb von 50°C....

Hast du Wärmeleitpaste auf den Bauteilen verwendet?

Hallo Rene,

erst einmal Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Werde die genau Temperatur versuchen zu messen. Habe davor eine 6800 GT mit dem passenden Wasserkühler von Euch gehabt und bei dieser hatte ich eine solche Wärmeentwiklung nicht.

Lasse im moment einen 120 Lüfter direkt auf die Karte blasen. Somit wird die Rückseite auf nur handwarm.

Klar wird die 512 MB wärmer. Normal brauchst du keinen weiteren Lüfter. Was ich anfassen kann ist voll im grünen Bereich.
