Frage ist, welche Temperatur für das Ram schädlich ist.

Ich habe einen Athlon64 X2 3800+, den ich auf 2720 MHz hochgetaktet habe (mit Euren Wasserkühlern) -> ca. 40 Grad unter Volllast.
Eine NVidia 7800GS AGP mit 520/1400 MHz mit Cool-Matic -> ca. 45 Grad beim Spielen.

Der 2te Hitzesensor des nForce3 Mainboards (MSI7025) muß irgendwo in der Nähe der RAM-Bausteine sitzen und zeigt unter Vollast manchmal 52 Grad an.

In meinen Augen schon ganz schön warm. Hab gerade direkt einen Lüfter drauf zeigen, der das ganze auf 36 Grad runterregelt.
Ist mir aber zu laut.

Gibt es bei RAM auch Grenzwerte?
