nach längerer Abwesenheit wegen Totalausfall / -umbau meines Rechners melde ich mich mal wieder mit einer Frage an's Forum.
Ich habe bei besagtem Umbau zwei HD-O-Matic MICRO verbaut, einer davon hat noch keine Festplatte, ist aber schon in den Kühlkreislauf eingebunden. Bei der Montage ist mir aufgefallen, dass zwischen Platte und Kühlkörper ein ca. 1 mm starker Luftspalt besteht, da die vier Befestigungspunkte an der HDD erhöht sind. Da Wärmeableitung am effektivsten ist, wenn die Auflagefläche zwischen HDD und Kühler möglichst gross ist stellt sich mir die Frage: Wie funktioniert die Wärmeaufnahme beim HD-O-Matic? Die Auflagefläche ist doch sehr gering. Einem ähnlichen Produkt eines anderen Herstellers liegen irgendwelche Pads bei, die die Ableitung angeblich verbessern sollen.
Irgenwann ist mir bei geöffnetem PC-Gehäuse aufgefallen, dass der Temperaturunterschied zwischen den beiden HD-O-Matic gerade mal 1-2 Grad beträgt (Lasermessung), obwohl einer im "Leerlauf" arbeitet, was bedeutet, das dieser vom KM aufgeheizt wird. Auch habe ich nicht den Eindruck, dass die Festplatte sonderlich kühler wäre als vorher. Das ist allerdings rein subjektiv, da ich keine Messungenn ohne Kühler machen konnte.
Kühlreihenfolge in meinem Gehäuse:
Zulauf -> CPU -> HD-O-Matic mit HDD -> HD-O-Matic ohne HDD -> NT -> Ablauf
