hallo,
habe ein icool rev 3 an meine wakü angeschloßen
meine cpu e6600 @2400 läuft mit 43°C Grad und core von 53°C ist es nich ein wenig zu heiß?
was kann der grund dafür sein

ps: wasser tepm. ca 24 grad

Schlechter Wärmeübergang vom Kupfer zum CPU DIE
Endweder ist das Kupfer korridiert oder deine Wärmeleitpaste taugt wenig.
Was auch sein könnte ist, dass der Duechfluss zu klein ist.
Normal sind 5 - 10°C different zwichen Wasser und CPU

es kann auch sein, daß der anpressdruck zu gering ist. ein paar leute haben ähnliche probleme. allerdings mit dem xx-flow.

Ich würd ebenfalls auf zu schlechte Montage tippen. Vielleicht zu viel Wärmeleitpaste?
