Hallo,

habe mal eine Frage.

Hab nun zum ersten mal einen Kühler an eine Graka gemacht.

Hab jetzt den Lüfter ab, und da sind ja dann diese ganzen weißen Pads auf dem Kühler....

Müssen diese alle wieder drauf, oder ist das unnötig?

Diese Pads sind für den Luftkühler - nicht für den Wasserkühler verwenden!

Keine WLPads bei der Montage des Wasserkühlers auf die 8800GTS verwenden? Und was ist mit WLPaste? Etwa auch nicht?? Falls auch nicht, wieso stellt hiermit die Grafikkarte eine Ausnahme dar?

Nein, die Original Wärmeleitpads von Luftkühler nicht verwenden. Auf dem Luftkühler meiner 7800GT z.B. waren keine richtigen Pads, sondern Stofffetzen in Wärmeleitpaste getränkt.
1. Luftkühler abmontieren.
2. GPU und Speicher-Chips säubern.
3. Mitgelieferte Wärmeleitpaste auf GPU und Speicher-Chips auftragen.
4. Cool-Matic G80 Wasserkühler nach innovatek Anleitung montieren.
