Hallo,
habe ein Problem mit dem Cool-O-Matic ATI welcher auf meiner Radeon 9800 Pro sitzt. Die Grafikkarte wird extrem heiss, das macht sich auch beim längeren daddeln durch Bildfehler bemerkbar. Die Karte ist
nicht übertaktet. Vor der WaKü hatte ich einen Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer drauf und die Karte lief selbst im Silent-Modus immer kühl und stabil. Dabei sollte man doch denken, dass die wassergekühlte Variante effizienter ist
Die Karte ist von der Firma Hercules, GPU und Speicher haben auf der Rückseite Passivkühler aus Kupfer. Wenn man den GPU Passivkühler nach ein paar Minuten Betrieb anfasst verbrennt man sich fasst die Finger. Mit dem VGA Silencer dagegen war der Passivkühler immer nur handwarm.
Mit dem VGA Silencer konnte ich die Karte auch auf 440 MHz Core übertakten, mit dem Cool-O-Matic sind jetzt nicht mal mehr stabile 415 MHz drin
Als Kontaktmittel habe ich bei allen Komponenten Arctic Silver 3 verwendet.
Die WaKü besteht aus XX-Flow auf P4 2,8GHz - 26°/30° idle/vollast
Graph-O-Matic v2 auf i875 Northbridge
Cool-O-Matic ATI v1.1 auf Radeon 9800 Pro
Gekühlt durch Dual Radiator mit 2x120mm Papst @ 5v
Alle anderen wassergekühlten Komponenten laufen super kühl und stabil, nur halt die Graka nicht
