ich haette gern eure Meinung hierzu:
Die Situatiuon:
Mein beiden Xeons werden demnaechst mit 2 X-Flow XEON wassergekuehlt.
Der Leistungsteil der Core-Voltage Regelung des wird dann nur noch schwach von den Gehaeuselueftern angepustet. Klar, ich habe hier gelesen, dass 120°C fuer diese Dinger kein Problem sind. Aber nebendran stehen einige Kondensatoren, die das nicht lange mitmachen wuerden.
Hier ein des Boards. gibt es auf Seite 105 noch ein groesseres.
Die Idee:
Ich lege ein passendes Kupferteil ueber die Transistoren und setze einen GOM oder den neuen drauf. Vielleicht auch 2 Micro Kuehler?
Das Kupferteil soll die Waerme verteilen und als Auflageflaeche dienen.

Sollte ich so ein Kupferteil besorgen oder den GOM / die Micro Kuehler direkt draufkleben?
Wie gross ist denn eigentlich die Grundflaeche des neuen Micro Kuehlers?
